Well. This is how I will be grading things from now on. Each Cadet starts off with 5000 points. The Higher your number, the better. The lower, well that just sucks.
This '5000 point' system means the difference between who wins and who loses.
If everyone in the platoon is able to keep their 5000+ points, then I will treat everyone at the end of year for a suprise. It could be anything. Money, Party, Pizza Party, Subway Party...Etc. It is whatever you guys want to celebrate your year with Charlie Platoon.
Now, Just like the aptitude grade, you can win points an you can lose points. Some ways you can lose points is if you dont bring your planner, or don't wear your uniform or you dont check THIS SITE. Each time you lose points from Commander's Aptitude point system, you lose 20 from My Awsome point system.
Soo if you lose points, you can also win them back. Each time you wear your uniform on non-uniform days, thats an extra 10 points you gain towards My Awsome point system and 5 points towards Commander's aptitude point system. Or you can wear Business Dress on any day except uniform day or Red N'White Clothes on Friday's. Its all up to you. The idea here is to be able to work together and to pay attention to every detail.
Oh yeah, and one more thing.
If less than 70% of the class does not have 5000 points or more, Every Cadet at the end of the year will be forced to drop and give 30-50 4 count Pushups. So its goes like, " A One, Two, Three, ONE! A One Two Three TWO!, A One Two Three THREE!, A One two three FOUR!." Something like that.
Now, I know everyone will hate to do that many pushups, so work together.
